Real estate has four types and forms. The first type is real estate in a form of land, which includes ranches, farms, vacant land that can be undeveloped. Second type of real estate is Industrial, which includes manufacturing buildings, warehouses as well as property that can be used for storage and research purposes. Third type is commercial, which includes shopping malls, schools, hospitals, offices, hotels and apartments. Lastly, residential property, this includes family homes, vacation homes and condominiums. 

The real estate industry has its main areas such as property development, acquisition, selling, leasing and many other activities. However, the industry fluctuates depending on the economy, but in overall it is considered as a stable industry relatively, this is due to the fact that the demand is always high. 

Real estate is a secured and stable investment as in most cases, investment in property will maintain its profitability and worth over time, especially when making monthly mortgage payments and having the right policy, which will make it less likely for a real estate investor to suffer from a complete investment loss. 

Moreover, investing in real estate is popular due to the possibility of making money right away. Also, not always a large amount of money is needed to invest. In addition, investors can leverage their capital. Real estate offers many incentives and advantages with several options that have its risks and benefits, and whichever option an investor chose, it is important to study all the possibilities in order to make the right investment and to achieve the financial goals.
