This means taking sport as a profession for many reasons. Today, this profession has allowed players to gain or generate money for clubs, and it is considered a reason for the advancement of sport and improving the performance of players through contact with other players, in addition to gaining experience and sports skills. And we in the Arabian Gulf have stars in our sports stadiums who have talent and creativity. They need care and attention and are waiting for opportunities to present their skills and professionalism.

In Europe, this profession has entered the field of sports since the beginning of the nineties of the twentieth century. We witnessed how the football players turned football talents from Africa and South America to the largest European clubs. It is through these players several clubs obtained money and tournaments, and we were amazed with the success in converting the sport of football from dead skin to a living creature that generates revenue. Whereas in the Arab countries, this norm has just evolving.  

The main features that need to be present in a professional player are: 

1- Regularity and continuity in playing football. 

2- The game must be considered a source of living for players.

3- The existence of a contract agreement between the player and the sports club.
