In line with the Kingdom’s national efforts that aims to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) that is led by HRH Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and following the directives of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) , has established a dedicated bank account for donations from the Kingdom’s private sectors and individuals under the name “Feena Khair” (There is Good in Us), managed by the Ministry of Finance.
The initiative was established in coordination with the National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19), that continues to effectively mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic that have seen an International recognition of the Kingdom’s early preparations, including from the World Health Organization (WHO).
HH Sheikh Nassar bin Hamad Al Khalifa has lauded the unprecedented response of the citizens with the national campaign “Feena Khair” through their donations that aimed to contribute to the national efforts to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Moreover, HH Shaikh Nasser stressed the outstanding campaign success is in response to the great initiatives launched by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to ensure the safety of everyone in the Kingdom during the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic as His Majesty the King has placed the health of the citizens and residents at the top priority and ordered the allocation of a huge budget to safeguard the national economy and everyone in the Kingdom, which is making Bahrain one of the leading countries in combating the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak at the global level.
