Education in the era of COVID-19 has been completely different. For an instance, the Kingdom of Bahrain has taken all necessary measures to make education in Bahrain a project to be worked on in the future after the suspension of studies at all levels. 

The Kingdom has taken previous measures since 2005 by proceeding with the initiative of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for future schools, which invested in developing information and communication infrastructure and employing it for education, providing various e-learning platforms, and using modern digital educational tools.

And so far, it has proven successes and achievements attested during the experience of distance learning. Whilst the crisis of the outbreak of COVID-19 and with the vision of creating a whole new era of education in the Kingdom of Bahrain, technology has been utilized at its best to establish a successful educational environment. 

Distance learning aims to achieve further success and development in His Majesty's initiative for future schools, to prove its effectiveness, and to achieve what traditional education could not achieve in helping those with ambitions to pursue their academic and professional careers, develop themselves, improve their level, and open areas for some new disciplines needed by society.

In addition, it is a new concept for the explosion of knowledge, that is, the qualification of competent individuals through self-education at any time and anywhere, and it is an excellent means of adaptation and flexibility that contributes towards the further development of the education. 

It is worth noting that we have transferred our educational reality to a more effective and feasible environment, as distance education has helped bring parents, students, and teachers closer to an ideal virtual educational environment, and made students interested in using modern technology for educational purposes.
