| As part of its corporate responsibility, Bin Faqeeh is committed towards impacting and making a difference in the lives of all Expats and Bahrainis in the Kingdom and believes that fitness and living a healthy lifestyle is crucial. The Bin Faqeeh Boost Run was established in 2018 in partnership with Boost Bahrain. This event is with an aim of promoting health, fitness, and encouraging people to maintain fit and healthy lifestyle.
For its third consecutive year, Bin Faqeeh Boost Run 2020 will be held in the prestigious Bahrain Bay on the 28th of February 2020 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. The race event for this year will focus mostly on children from ages 3-16. The adult’s race will have a 5Km and 10Km run.
For the first time in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bin Faqeeh is excited to award the runner who beats last year’s record of 29:00.00. The runner who completes the 10Km race in 28:59.59 or less will be titled as the GCC Record Breaker of the 10Km race and will win a cash prize of $3000.
Additionally, Bin Faqeeh Boost Run has launched the Take the First Step Walkathon dedicated to promoting health and fitness for all. The participants will have a 1.5Km walk to encourage people to take the first step towards living a healthy lifestyle.
