Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company has unveiled Paramount Residences Bahrain, Waterbay, which will be developed in partnership with Paramount Hotels & Resorts. The 5 stars hotel apartments project will be constructed at the western Tower of Waterbay.

Developed and managed by the international hotel chain, the project will reflect Hollywood glamour and luxury. The company will draw on its expertise from its mother company Paramount Pictures, which is an American Film studio based in Hollywood, California. Paramount Residences Bahrain, Waterbay is expected to be completed in the Q2 2019.

The company held a special glamorous event at the Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay to launch the project. It was attended by a significant number of dignitaries, ambassadors, key officials, businessmen and decision makers. Also present at the event was the famous American Actor Steven Segal.

Waterbay is located at the heart of Bahrain Bay, the landmark development project in the Capital Manama. It will feature three distinct 10-storey residences with around 600 luxury apartments that have spectacular views, car parking, a host of leisure facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasium, saunas, a rooftop running track as well as a wide range of supporting amenities and restaurant outlets.
