The privately-owned real estate investment company, Bin Faqeeh, has officially launched its impressive five year plan known as the “Limited 5” which entails the launch of an exclusive limited edition luxury project each year for five years, starting 2015. These properties reward its tenants with luxurious lifestyle experiences unlike any in the entire GCC.

The Limited 5 plan commenced with the development of an exclusive residential apartment building with a commercial shopping front on the ground floor known as ‘Waterbay’. It is situated in the prime location of Bahrain Bay facing the Four Seasons Hotel. The design concept is to create a homely yet high-end luxury accommodation that is synonymous with comfort and draws similarity to a superior hotel lifestyle experience. An aerial view of the glassed property resembles a yacht that sparkles in the sun with an ultimate chic and premium architectural design. The wide corridors create an illusion of a five star hotel, while the rooftop houses a running track with the most breath-taking view of Bahrain’s skyline and the sea. Other facilities include a swimming pool, gyms segregated for men and women, prayer rooms, movie theatres, nursery, multi-purpose rooms, restaurants and coffee shops with delivery. Since a majority of Bin Faqeeh’s clients are from neighbouring GCC countries, a luxury car transportation facility with a concierge service to and from the property has been made available in addition to water taxi services to Avenue Mall via an exclusive collaboration with Bahrain Bay.

“The Waterbay project is where mesmerizing urban Arab architecture is perfectly blended with an exciting elite lifestyle experience. One no longer has to travel far for a holiday escape,” said Nadia Bouslama, Head of Marketing for Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Co. “We are proud to introduce Layan to Bahrain as the jewel in the crown of luxury real estate worldwide. It is going to be home to the largest private waterpark, accessible to residents only, with its state of the art luxury facilities, restaurants, designer retail outlets, the marina and breathtaking view.”

Setting the level of expectations higher with each limited edition project developed, Bin Faqeeh has sought to create a fully immersive experience and a refreshing fitness forum, at Layan. A green picturesque landscape with meandering waters of a 300m pool awaits the residents of this property. One can relax on a tube and let the gentle undercurrent float you around on its course as it takes you on a journey through your own private, tropical paradise. The wave pool is an exciting spot to practice your surfing skills an interesting addition to your daily routine on the island. The Water Movie Theatre is one of the many unique entertainment features available where one can enjoy a cinematic experience whilst relaxing around or in the water or swim up to one of the 2 charming Island Restaurants, situated directly within the pool, take a seat and experience dining amongst the lush landscape.

Layan is located in Durrat Marina, otherwise referred to as the “Jewel of Bahrain.” Property prices will begin at BHD55,000/- Work will commence at the end of March 2016, subject to final approvals from the concerned authorities, with an expected completion approximately 24 months from commencement. Durrat Marina is already one of the most distinguished projects

in the Gulf and is currently valued at $1.3 billion. The Limited 5 will herald an exclusive, innovative, energetic and modern take on real estate development worldwide. By 2020, Bahrain will be the epicenter of five of the most elite limited edition luxury projects drawing in investments from the rest of the GCC.
