H.E. Eng. Basim Yacob Al Hamer, Minister of Housing attended the launch of Alsidra show villas, the residential project located at Diyar Al Muharraq developed by Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company S.P.C.
In a special event held at the project premises, H.E. The Minister of Housing, accompanied by Mr. Faisal Faqeeh, Chairman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company S.P.C., toured and experienced the show villas.

It offers a 5% reduction in the first installment rate, in addition to a financing period of up to 25 years. Non-Bahrainis will also be eligible to apply under a different financing scheme.
