The special edition of the Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX) 2019 was launched under the patronage of Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre. The exhibition took place from December 7th - 9th.
This year’s property show expanded their platform integrating various verticals including real estate & developments, innovation and technology, with announcing a new space dedication for interior. Investors, builders, buyers, innovation transformation leaders, students and many more will each connect with one another on an international platform to unleash and discover the potential of this region’s real estate sector.
45 local and regional real estate exhibitors, and sponsors showcased their latest projects during the exhibition. IKEA Bahrain among others is at the forefront of the new interior showcasing creative, designer and luxury products for home and commercial spaces.
Bin Faqeeh established their presence at the event with a varied display of their most eagerly anticipated upcoming projects including the western of Waterbay development branded as Paramount Residences Bahrain Bay, Layan, Alsidra, and Waterbay’s eastern tower branded as Waterbay Residence by Roberto Cavalli. The collection of properties showcases the focus of Bin Faqeeh on the creative and timeless architecture of their biggest residences yet.
This year, BIPEX hosted a two-day conference comprising of 8 in-depth sessions, panels and practical seminars in collaboration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to highlight the current shifts happening in the GCC and in the Kingdom. Visitors including VIPs, real estate professionals, investors, and community members, exchanged insights on the current state and future of the real estate market within the region.

The 12th edition of BIPEX is organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers, established in 1972 as a professional voluntary non-profit organization. It is the premier body representing engineering professionals in the Kingdom. Among st others, it seeks to advance the profession, while striving for continuous enhancement of engineering skills of members through training and by conducting technical & professional programmes.
