In July 2018 Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) signed a memorandum of understanding with Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company to provide financing for the Alsidra villa project, Diyar Al Muharraq.
What does this mean to Bahrainis?
The partnership will allow Bahraini nationals and customers of BisB to purchase a brand new Alsidra villa via the bank’s financing scheme.
The scheme offers a 5% reduction in the first installment rate with finance available over 25 years.
This now gives citizens of Bahrain of turning their ‘dream home’ into reality with a transparent and smoother experience between the bank and developer.
What does this mean for expatriates?
Providing expatriates are customers of BisB, they too also have the opportunity of purchasing a luxury villa on Alsidra under the same terms as Bahraini citizens. This means that families and professionals committed to life in the Kingdom of Bahrain can also have peace of mind in owning their own property.
Alsidra, once completed, will be a luxury gated community of over 400 villas in the idyllic location of Diyar Al Muharraq in what looks set to be one of the most exclusive villa communities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
